I am an artist who works in a wide variety of styles and techniques. I am a teacher who believes, that with proper nurturing and instruction, everyone has the ability to be creative.
My subject matter is as varied as are the materials I choose for my work. I reject limitations and pigeonholing- I believe in experimentation and open ended creativity as essential for true self expression. I draw inspiration from the world around me as well as from my own life experience and internal creative sense.
The life experience, culture, personality and attitude of each viewer will influence the way they see and respond to my art. Therefore, I offer no explanation-beyond the mere fact of its existence- and permit the work to speak for itself. Look at it, think about it, and interpret it in a way which is meaningful for you.
